Taking care of business
Smokey the Bear woudn't stay there
Although I was in a non-smoking room, the cigarette smoke in the hallways was so strong, I had to stuff a towel in the crack under my door to keep it from invading my room. Toilet ran. Door stop was broken and other minor defects were annoying, too. Continental breakfast lacked protein of any kind and very limited choices otherwise. The front desk staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful for the most part, but they couldn't make up for the other bad experiences.

Short drive from hotel
Try the many local restaurants and bakeries on the Square. The Vermeer Mill is worth touring. The town is charming and the people are friendly and helpful.

Very Nice, will be back again
Very nice hotel, everyone was very friendly, the weather was cold, but the hotel was very comfortable.
