Basic motel
Check-in staff was distracted by text messages. Room was very basic. No small refrigerator. Only two meager pillows and threadbare sheets. We were on a schedule and it was great that breakfast was available 15 minutes early. Air conditioner was noisy and did not adjust to temperature changes outside.

great price - comfortable accomodations
If you are looking for an inexpensive place to stay with a shallow pool for use with younger kids, this is the place to stay. They have a small whirlpool and their regular pool went from three feet to four feet so no worries about the kids wandering off into the deep end over their heads. The location is in the middle of a retail area so there isn't a lot of scenery - but for our purposes (a pool for the kids and a comfortable place to sleep while spending days visiting relatives)this fit the bill.

Several nice restaurants are close by. Applebee's is just across the parking lot.

Although the location of this hotel is outside the central core of the city, it is well located for the area and there are plenty of shops and amenities in the area. A decent business or family hotel for the money.
