convinient location
needed to find a room at the last minute due to a funeral in Marshalltown. Motel was very handy to where i needed to be, was quiet, and excellent price. unfortunately, hallway smelled like cigarette smoke

There was an Applebee's, Perkins, and McDonald's within walking distance as well as a sports bar next door. There are other options close as well. They have maps of town at the front desk with what options there are.

Nice Hotel
The only flaw I could find with this hotel was no pool. Other than that it is great, clean, modern, great parking. Outstanding restaurant next door.

it was very good. it was nice staying there . my class reunion was next door so just had to walk to class reunion.

they had refrid and mico- wave which saved money for me by not eating out only for my class reunion and when i visited one aunt.

Great location
Weren't at the hotel long, but we got a good night sleep and it met our needs. Even forgot something and when we went back, they had it waiting for us.

A place to stay
There is no fans in the bathroom so when you took a shower it was miserable to see. Alittle black around the ceiling. The walls are paper thin. Couldn't keep the slippery bedding on the bed for nothing. So I would reccomend that you tuck in the bed spread to keep the covers on. Tried that the second night and it worked. The room was very clean.NO POOL. The staff were not friendly at all. We went to the lounge next door which is their sister or brother hotel and the people were not friendly there so we made sure we didn't go there on the next night. The price was right.
