Decent short term stay for the price
Most of the staff were friendly and helpful. Would have been helpful if the staff ar check in were knowledgeable about directions to local communities. Decent hot breakfast.

bad pillows
Staff was great, hotel was clean. We had two other rooms. all three room indicated they slept terribly because of the pillows. Seems like an easy fix

I'd stay here againg
Rooms were looked updated and clean. Minor discoloration of the wallpaper in the bathroom, but the was my only complaint. Others the staff was very helpful, I received a call to my room from the front desk 10 minutes after check-in just to make sure I was satisfied with my room. Nice room for a competitive price.

College tourist
Good but loud heaters
I went to Grinnell to Find out if the college was a good fit for my son. he accommodations were fine - except for a noisy heater. I used the exercise room which had a spinning machine , a tread mill and a stair master.

June 11 stay
We were at a meeting in Grinnell and didn't get a lot of time at the motel. The only problem we found was that there was no coffee in the breakfast room and the orange juice was also gone until we called their attention to this. Everything else was fine.

Ok place to stay
Was told that we would have Microwave and fridge in both of our rooms to find we only had it in one of our rooms and one room had oped used shampoo, conditioner, and soap in our room when we entered out room :(
