Good quality, good value
Staff is helpful, friendly. Location is central to shopping, restaurants. Rooms spacious, beds comfortable. Breakfast buffet had wide selection, nice quality.

Nice hotel
The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly -- the bed and pillows were very comfortable. It's winter now, and the rooms were quite dry. The breakfast had a variety of foods. Some of the fresh fruit seemed spoiled -- or perhaps some of the melon had been frozen -- it tasted a bit off.

Comfy accommodations
My 2 daughters and I stayed here when in town to visit a nearby college for family weekend. The accommodations were clean and the bed was super comfy.The hotel is conveniently located near many restaurants and shopping venues and also minutes from downtown Dubuque.The price was reasonable, although I was unaware that I could have gotten a much more reasonable rate by making a reservation earlier, using the college name, rather than reserving through [...].

Really Nice Place in an Average Location
As an attractive facility, it has and does everything I expected, above average. Only drawback is its inconvenient location, especially related to downtown. Don't book here for the scenery.
