Nice hotel for the price

It had a great pool that the kids loved and the rooms were nice and clean. It would have been nice to have a fridge in the ... room. A very nice hotel.

Great location, very quiet, and was very busy for a Friday night. I didn't appreciate being asked the purpose for my visit. ... Otherwise, the staff was friendly and the stay worked just fine.

Great stay despite electricity fluke

We enjoyed our stay although a transformer blew which fed electricity to our hotel. Our room did not have lights for a few ... hours. The staff was very apologetic and did everything they could to help make our stay as comfortable as possible. The pool was a little cold to swim long, but the beds were very comfortable.

This was a really nice hotel room. It was clean and quiet and had really comfortable bedding and pillows. It was also close ... to restaurants and some shopping. We would definitely stay there again.

Although the Dubuque Hampton Inn is next to a busy highway and has no restaurant, there is a nice Perkins Family Restaurant ... right across the street. Other restaurants are a short drive away. The hotel has a decent self-service breakfast spread every morning, included in the rates. Rooms are fairly standard, although the bedspreads are nicer than you'd normally find in this kind of property. The free WiFi worked fine. In the lobby, the hotel provides free local newspapers and USA Todays. The hotel has a workout room and a pool, and is within walking distance of a supermarket and a Target. It's located on the western edge of Dubuque, but right along Highway 20, which can take you downtown in less than 10 minutes. It's also very close to the Kennedy Mall shiopping area.

The bed was very compfortabe and slept well. Liked the walk in shower. It was a nice change from a tub with shower. Much ... cleaner and easier. Breakfast was well attended and much better then most. Would be happy to stay there again!
