Good location
We stayed at Best Western at Des Moines Airport when we attended the races at Knoxville Iowa. We found the location of the hotel to be very convenient. It is close to the airport and just 45 minutes away from the race track. After the races we could always go to the local HYVEE store which was open 24 hours/day and pick up late night snacks. The beds were soft however so it was not as comfortable as I like it. The staff was very helpful.

Good except for the bathroom
Loved the friendly staff and my son enjoyed the pool. The rooms were decorated nicely and were large enough with a small refrigerator and microwave. However, the bathroom had a bad mold problem on the ceiling and wallpaper that needed to be taken care of in a hotel at this price point.

Awesome!
Just happened to be our 10th Wedding Anniversary and were upgraded to a suite when we got there - AWESOME!

good for business travel
It was an easy location to find. Easy to get around to the rest of the city in a matter of minutes. Breakfast was pretty standard..guess I am on the lookout for a really good breakfast that is included..haven't found one yet.

Apartment Search
Once we got checked in it was alright. The computer was messing up so it took them like fourty five minutes to get us checked in. But other than that, we had a great stay. The room was awesome. Plenty of space so that you are not on top of each other and can relax!
