Adequate accomodations in Council Bluffs
Arrived with no reservation but with a discount coupon from a rest stop motel guide. It was honored with no hassle to get the rate down to just what I wanted. Check-in attendant was pleasant. Room was clean and otherwise adequate. Wireless Internet worked well. Included breakfast was not memorable, which means neither good nor bad.

I visited 3 or 4 area casinos. The Horseshoe was first, by chance, and the others seemed pretty shabby by comparison.

It was O.K.
The hotel looks better in the pictures. Not a real great location. It needs some updating. Everything was old and kind of run down. It was easy to get to where we wanted to go. I would rather spend a little more for a more updated hotel.

Very practical and friendly
I am a musician who was in town for an Omaha Symphony audition. Free shuttle to/from the airport and downtown Omaha made this stay very economical. For all you musicians who need practice space, there is a big room in the basement that the staff allowed me to use whenever I wanted. (The staff, by the way, is very friendly and accommodating.) I unfortunately didn't win this audition, but if I ever go back, I will very likely stay here. Note that the only downside to this location was access to only fastfood restaurants. You'd have to drive/be driven for somewhere healthy...

Great place to stay
Our room had plenty of room to spread out, it was clean, quiet and we loved the 2 tvs. A lot of room for a great price. Breakfast was great, nice to have hot food options.

just what we were looking for
it was our first time in omaha/council bluffs the location of the inn was the best.minutes from the omaha zoo,minutes to the casinos,minutes to old market.more than likely will be staying there again!

fairly nice
Really it was a good value for the money. The hotel and rooms were clean. The bathroom had mold and mildew and was outdated. Guess you can always find something to nit pick... I would stay again.

Oh my gosh outside Omaha

The indoor pool advertised as an amenity was not open, the advertised Wi-Fi did not work in our room, the non-smoking room smelled like cigarette smoke, the clothes hanger fell halfway out of the wall when I hung my suitcase, the shower sounded like the pipes were about to explode when the water was running, and there was a (all caps) warning inside the door to "DOUBLE LOCK DOOR FOR YOUR SAFETY."
