Great Experience
We had indoor access to the concert arena, so did not have to walk outside in freezing temperatures. Also just a short walk to the Horseshoe casino. Beds and pillows very comfortable!

Excellent!
Looks very new and right across from the Horseshoe Casino. I enjoyed the stay very much and had almost no issues while there.

Nice retreat
This is a nice clean hotel convenient to the casino. Everything was fine, friendly and helpful staff, clean room, nice accommodations. The only issue I had was excessive noise from other travellers - children running in the halls, adults yelling to each other through the halls. It always amazes me that adults can behave and allow their children to behave that way in public.

Great location
Perfect location for this trip, which was to see a concert at the MidAmerica center. It was rainy that day, so we were thankful for the walkway that led from the hotel right into the concert venue. We had a couple light bulbs out in our room when we got there, but the staff came in immediately to fix that. Nice clean room.
