Simple and friendly

Came into town for RAGBRAI (huge bicycle event) and they didn't have my reservation. They had my teammate's, and I had a copy of my confirmation. Luckily they had a room available. The staff was very helpful in giving recommendations for dinner. They opened the breakfast hours early (5 AM) for us bikers as we headed out for the start of our week long 447 mile ride.
