Turned out to be the perfect place to stay for me. The staff talked me when I got lost on the way down and continued to be very helpful. Location is great and the surrounding eateries and shopping are a plus!

For this business traveller, spending three nights in the one location, it had everything I needed and wanted: friendly and efficient staff, quiet location, clean, and a homely feel with cookies and tea in the foyer all day and a sitting area that is popular. Perhaps the bed could have been a tad softer (for some people) but i slept well on it.

Toured the Iowa campus. Hotel was nearby and surrounded by numerous restaurants. Great to have a Culvers next door. Also killed some time checking out the Good Will resale shop next door.

The facilities were immaculate. The breakfast was fully stocked and was not cleared away the minute struck closing hour. The staff was most pleasant and accommodating. The business center was convenient. Location was ideal with our son at the University of Iowa Law School. We would recommend this hotel to all looking for a memorable experience (only positive memories).

Very polite staff, excellent amenities. Wonderful first impression, appears fresh and clean until your remote falls behind the bed stand. Visible surfaces were spotless, hidden surfaces: not so much.

the location was great for the various stops we had to make that weekend - good food very close - gas stations and convenience store right there - everything we needed.

Great location, right off of I-80 and very close to shopping, restaurants and just two exits from the University. Good complimentary breakfast and huge room with large bath. Could have been a little cleaner (corners of bathroom) but overall just great. Only negative was the softness of the beds. Just a little too soft for my tastes.

We came in for an Iowa Hawkeyes football game. This hotel is a great location - not too far at all from the stadium, and rooms were reasonably priced (especially for a football weekend). It's also located centrally to several restaurants, a Wal-Mart and HyVee grocery store - for any last minute tailgating needs. I would definitely stay here again.

I was traveling with a client in the Coralville, Iowa City area. This hotel had good reviews prompting me to book it. It turned out to be a very good decision. The hotel was clean, quiet, and the beds were very comfortable. The rooms were also much larger than average. This is not a high class hotel, and therefore doesn't have any of the more expensive "experience" qualities of such hotels, but if you looking for a nice place to sleep for a few evenings while you travel on business or with your family, then I think this hotel would be a very good choice. Should I need to return to the area, I would surely stay at this hotel again. PS. The free breakfast is also quite nice. It includes the standard cereals, bread, as well as a waffle machine and very decent biscuits and gravy!

Very friendly staff and the location was perfect for where we were going. The rooms were clean and the continental breakfast was delicious. The only thing that was somewhat annoying was the fact that they had some kind of gathering there and the kids that were with the group were running up and down the halls. Not the fault of the hotel by any means. Oh and the pillows were very comfortable.
