Only problem was smoke smell in bathroom. I reported and was told that they would check it out. I stayed 3 days and nothing changed. It was a non smoking room and I think smell was coming from bathroom vent. There was no fan in bath and whole room smelled smoky on return at night since bath room door was left open to room during day after maid service. I purchased two rooms and our friends had no problems- I think they need to check out vent fan.

Upon ariving and checking into the hotel and going to my room I found the door open and a room full of people waiting for me. Going back to the front desk I informed the clerk of the issue and was given another room that they personaly checked out this time. House keeping was another issue as they did not under stand english.

one night passing thru
without gps we could have not found the motel. they gave us our room with someone else already checked into it (11:30Pm). OUR room was not clean, carpets really needed cleaned and vacuumed. blood spots on the sheets !!. will not recommend or stay here again

Never Again
There was no hot water to shower in the morning , breakfast was ok I guess juice at breakfast was horrible . Beds were so hard the floor was more comfortable . Thought we were getting a good deal for the price but next time will make sure we spend more money just for hot water and somewhat comfortable beds.

Forget safety
I actually stayed in 2 different rooms and the electrical receptacles either didn't work or had missing covers, it snowed on Monday and the ramps to the sidewalks still had not been cleared by Friday and no attempt had been made to do so.

Nice inexpensive place
People were very nice and gave me a free upgrade to a king sized bed. Staff was very nice and it was great to have a continental breakfast included in the already great price!

Okay made better by responsive staff
I was seeking average and cheap for this trip---so that is what I got, but this was a good staff, responsive, professional and kind. There are some 5 star hotels that could take a lesson from this staff in terms of graciousness and the effort to respond immediately. There was a real sense of caring, that they were aware of me and very helpful. A good effort can go a long way in making ordinary and inexpensive into an experience that can be enjoyed.

needs inprovement
the 2 rooms we had were clean, but one room had a microwave that barely worked. The turntable did not work. The other room only had a fridge. When we were making our reservations. we asked for a joining rooms. We were told none were available. while there we were told places that have suite to accomidate our needs.
