What a wonderful relaxing quiet night!
I have been wanting to write this review ever since I checked out. I had a great experience at this hotel. The staff was totally competent and very helpful. The room was extremely clean and well maintained. The Wi-fi worked great and they had a computer and printer I could use which was extremely helpful as I needed to print one page for a meeting. There was a birthday party in the foyer that evening, but the hotel and my room was very quiet and extremely comfortable. There are a lot of restaurants right around the hotel and I went to the Chinese restaurant named Rice House which had very good food prepared by a nice couple from South China. I had a great experience and highly recommend it - hope you do too!

Microtel Inn Clear Lake Iowa
We were at Clear Lake for a 40 anniversary party. The Microtel was convenient and simple. The room was a reasonable size, had a bed, desk, TV, and bathroom, all we needed for that sort a stay. The price was right. We did not pay for something we did not need or did not use on our short overnight stay.

Gramma of lots
Very good stay

Clear Lake and beach is nearby, as well as state park campgrounds. Quite a few fast food restaurants very near.

CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN GOOD PRICE
The room was very clean. Pillows and bed were great! The room was a little small but we only asked for 1 queen bed. But it was enough room for the both of us. Can't say anything about the breakfast, we didn't make it down there. The best part is check out time is noon vs. 11 am. That extra hour was nice.
