Midway between Des Moines and Minneapolis and offers a complimentary deluxe continental breakfast. The BEST WESTERN Holiday Lodge is conveniently located at the intersection of Interstate 35 and Highway 18 (Exit 194) and is one mile from downtown Main Street and Mason City Municipal Airport. Guests will enjoy the area's numerous parks, golf courses, lake, recreational trails and antique shopping. Guests are welcome to enjoy the complimentary deluxe continental breakfast and weekday newspaper. Fresh baked cookies are served Monday through Thursday from 3:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m. The BEST WESTERN Holiday Lodge has an exercise room and an indoor heated swimming pool. Rooms have cable satellite TV programming with HBO� and in-room wireless Internet access is available. The BEST WESTERN Holiday Lodge offers 5,900 sq. ft. of flexible meeting space, capable of accommodating up to 400 guests in the grand ballroom. Each of the seven meeting rooms offer audio/visual hook up and phone access. Ok but needs updating

It was ok for sleeping. Unfortunately there is not much better to pick from in the area. Most other hotels are equal (but charge more) or go downhill in quality. It needs some major investment in remodeling and updating.

jroom just okay - nice people

Room and hotel were very humid. There was a wet stop on the carpet in our room when we arrived. Three days later is was still wet!

clean and comfortable

We did not spend a lot of time at this hotel and didn't get to enjoy the extra's the hotel had to offer. What we did notice was the check-in and out was efficient. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Our stay was great.
