It was ok at best
I booked a 2 bedroom unit because there were 3 of us & we all needed our own bed but when we checked in our room it was only one room with 2 beds & a pull out couch. I went back down to the desk & they tried to tell me that where it said "2 bedroom" that it meant 2 beds in a room. I explained that when I booked the room that it said 3 queen beds. [...] I showed them all of the paperwork and they said that there must have been a mistake and they could move us to the correct room the next night but we would have to stay in the room with 2 beds for the first night.[...]

Great time in Cedar Rapids, IA
Easy check-in and check-out process. Friendly and helpful staff. Very nice room and bathroom. It was a great room for a great deal.

You will need a quide to locate it.
Very difficult to find. The morning breakfast was very poor. Nothing was there and no one to help. You shouldn't advertise a breakfast if your not going to provide anything.

not to bad
didn't do much around the hotel short stay family get together.room was not bad but the floors could have been a bit cleaner loved the shower. as for the pool and hot tub we just hit it at a bad time lots & lots of kids and hottub was a little cool with all the kids in and out. didn't get a chance to go to the gym so can't tell you about it.all the kids must have been on our floor as well so it was a bit on the loud side the parents could have done a better job thats not the hotels falt. all in all it wasn't a bad stay.

Cheap
I had a good experience when I stayed here in March 2010 so I thought I would stay again for my trip in May. The pool and continental breakfast were both great each stay. The room I stayed in the second was a little dirty (dirty toilet bowl, marks on the wall and found a plastic knife in the fridge), seemed it just needed a more thorough cleaning. The staff is very friendly. Decent hotel for the price. Not sure if I would stay there again.

Problems with the condition of the room: Looked like the door had been broken in and security latch was not repaired. Water in the sink was turned off and when turned on, it ran a black color for a few seconds and then dripped the whole time. Heater either froze you or cooked you, no in-between. This is not a 3-Star hotel.

Nice hotel for the price
Pool was very small and the water looked nasty - gator water as one of the kids put it. Everything else was great.
