Could learn a lesson in customer experience

The hotel did not have the room we reserved with 2 beds and when we asked for a cot to accommodate sleeping arrangements we were told that we would be charged for it. They ultimately waived the fee but not without a conversation about our dissatisfaction. The room was dusty and did not look like it had been thoroughly cleaned. Won't stay there again.

Stopped doing the little things that count

Have stayed here many times for several days at a time. Used to have real coffee mugs in the rooms and bathroom tissues that were normal. Now the TP will make you sore and ran out of kleenex with no replacement. Used to have a varied breakfast from day to day but now just the same nuked eggs and sausage. Used to have some warm cookies in the evening but now none. Room would not lock when pulled from the outside. Reported it but apparently that wasn't important to them. Will be trying other hotels in the area next time. Might be losing my business

A place to relax

Love the location

We were at a wedding at the pipac and this place was so convenient to just walk across the street.

Go downtown for better dining and college style dining and entertainment. It's worth the short drive.

Not worth the money!

This hotel wasn't worth the money we spent for the night. The hotel was under renovations. During the night, the parking lot iced over, and wasn't de-iced in the morning, making it very slippery. We could hear everything going on in the hallways and in the rooms next to us, making it difficult to sleep. That all being said, the staff was pleasant and accommodating, and the beds were comfortable. Unless the renovations make drastic changes in the hotel, though, we won't book here again.

Parent Visit

Great place to stay for a university visit. Great location, very quiet and comfortable. Worth paying a little extra for the convenience.

Worth The Price

I toured the entrie city and this was a good location to do it from. It was only 10-15 minutes from everything I needed.
