Perfect for my requirements
This hotel was exactly what I needed. The staff so super friendly, the room was clean and comfortable. I have stayed in other Super 8 motels but this one seemed higher on the chain then others. I picked this because I was staying by myself on a business trip but I would have no reservations in letting my family stay here as well.

Short drive from hotel
Right down the road is a nice shopping center with some major big box stores. This was helpful for any things I'd forgotten or things I might have need of during my 3 days in Cedar Falls.

My Cedar Falls hotel home for the next 3 years!
From check in to check out, everything was top notch! We were allowed late check out since we didn't arrive after the football game until 1 a.m. (I.S.U. - get your post-game traffic directors to smarten up.) Beautiful, clean, comfy hotel. Great breakfast, clean pool area. My daughter left some rings on the counter, and the housekeeper ran them out to us while were in the parking lot! Great convenience store/small grocery store right next door.

great value, comfortable and modern
This Super 8 was nicely remodeled, with mini-fridge, microwave, clean bathroom, nice desk area with swivel chair and ipod dock by flat screen t.v. Good breakfast, nice pool area. Only negatives were that the halls were noisy--seemed to reverberate the footsteps of many children staying there. Also, bedsheets may not have been changed on one bed..yuck! Front desk apologetic and dealt with this. That was actually surprising, because otherwise, the hotel was spotless. Breakfast served.

Short drive from hotel
Great Italian food at Ferrari's a short drive away, with nice atmosphere and all items terrific at a reasonable cost. Not for casual dining, but we went as we were, and there was no problem. Very recommended!

Super clean and comfortable stay.
This place looked brand new. it was so clean! The room was very comfortable and the staff was always handy and friendly.
