I was only at the hotel for one night's stay and found the bed to be very comfortable. The hotel was a little noisy as kids were running up and down the hallways until about midnight on a Saturday night. The shower had warm water but was very small and dinky.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, numerous places to eat within 1/2 mile and many within 3 miles. Walmart and Target directly across the street. Had room price issues at check in, but staff honored reservation prices from this site. Hot breakfast in hotel was dissapointing, but better than nothing. We had 3 rooms and all amenities were different, my room was great... one room had no microwave or coffee pot, another room had a hot-tub. Good stay over all.

We had an issue on our arrival at 3 PM that our room was not available until 5:15 PM. When we came back the hotel lobby and pool side room were wall to wall with people having Christmas Parties. This continued well into the night and was quite loud. It was difficult to sleep. The other issue was that the room said it included a roll away, but we were told that there were none available. On a good Note: The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast in the morning was very good and the breakfast attendant was very efficient and friendly.

Great value in good location near UNI. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Excellent breakfast bar and clean, well furnished room. Great trail system around Cedar Falls.

I have stayed here a couple times for college visits. The location is easy to get to and the hotel itself is small, but very sufficient. There is not a lot of close dining options, but it is close to necessity shopping and groceries! It is quiet - no traffic noise.

Truly a quiet place to stay. Very nice, attractive decor. Breakfast was wonderful! If a person couldn't find something to like at the breakfast bar - they are too picky.

Well I have stayed in this Hotel before and every time it has been great I was somewhat disappointed by the things I did find in the room from the previous guests like and pacifier and a golf tee.

I was there for a wedding. It was a great location close to a Walmart and Target. If I needed anything only had to drive 1 block to get it. It was nice to have a gas station and places to grab a bite right there. Location was close to the freeway also a great feature.

Accompanied student to orientation at UNI. Great place to spend the night while student stayed in the dorm. Close to UNI and conveniently located near Target and Walmart for college supplies.

We enjoyed the whirlpool and swimming pool area. Breakfast was very complete with eggs, sausages, and waffles. Room was clean and quiet. The staff offered suggestions as to where to eat and were very helpful. Would definitely stay there again.
