Never again
We along with friends from work booked rooms here for after a concert at the iWireless Center. For the money it was NOT worth it. My husband sits down on the bed and couldn't hardly get back out it was so broken down. You could tell the mattress hadn't been flipped in ages; if ever. We booked a smoking room for a reason, to smoke...no ashtrays. Our friends room looked like someone had decided to use the bathroom before they checked in. Bathmat was on the floor of the room and a towel was waded up and laying next to the toilet stool. Carpets were all stained in their rooms as well. They should also tell you when reserving your room which "tower" you'll be staying in so that you don't have to unload your vehicle at "tower" 2, wait in line while the "1" clerk helps about 6 groups of people checking in and then when she finally is able to get to you....you're told to take your luggage up the escalator, back across two catwalks, find the evalator and go to the third floor. They'll help you over there. Some of us are not for physical reasons able to walk that distance without assistance. Also, when you go to check out don't believe the clerk at the counter in tower 1 when she says she's called over for your vehicle....after waiting 20 minutes my husband walked over to tower 2 to see what the hold up was....1st..the clerk never called like she said she had and 2nd, they wouldn't have brought it over if she had, you have to scan the ticket you're given the night you check in at tower 2. How hard would it have been to have told us this instead of saying she had called over and they'd be right over.?.? You probably won't see us here again nor the other two parties who were with us. Not a good experience for the money we had to pay. I've paid far less for much better rooms and service.

Great Stay for the Money
I normally stay at Choice Hotels when travel for business, but for the same money, I was able to stay here. The room, location, and ammnities were generally nicer than what i get at normal hotels. Only complaints were lack of a free breakfast (not that continental breakfasts are that great), and the taxes are higher than typical hotels. Being a short, indoor walk from the Isle casino was a nice plus - didn't have to drive anywhere for food and entertainment. i will look to stay here again next time business takes me to the Quad Cities area.

Traveling Salesman
Isle Casino * Hotel Bettendorf
The staff was not friendly at all. When I first arrived there was a gentlemen at the front counter and he was on the phone and as I patiently waited for him to get off the phone, he put the customer on hold to get a pen and he didn't even acknowledge that I was there. A simple hello or smile or I'll be with you in a second would've been enough. Then when he helped me out, none one smile. It was as if he didn't want to be there and it was a burden for him to help me out. Then every time I walked past the front desk no matter who was there, didn't say hi or goodbye or crack a smile or anything. One thing I can say for sure is that the staff is not friendly at all. I don't want to be friends or talk it up with the staff but at least say hello, smile or goodbye. This is after all a customer service environment. The rooms were nice though.

A little less than I hoped for
The room was small and not that comfortable. We went to buffet and the snack shop and food and service was average. Pool was cold and full of children that security did little about. Needed something from housekeeping and had trouble getting hotel operator and later the actual item from housekeeping. I paid more for this hotel than many places and did not get much service or even breakfast!
