While you can tell the staff is trying to keep this Holiday Inn at least clean, it's overall really run down. Our room door wouldn't lock and after complaining for two days (we were there five) they finally came and tried to fix it but couldn't. Worn and tattered shows everywhere. There's no provided breakfast as (by the counter person's own admission) they try to push people to the attached restaurant, which is only mediocre. Guess the best thing we can say was that it was cheap enough.

Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites BETTENDORF
Guest seemed to be imposing on staff. Appears not to have been updated since originally built sometime in early Eighty's. Room air conditioner did not work very well.

Not for me
The rooms were not that clean, the shower leaked water and the toilet took many attempts to flush. They attempted to charge me twice but did corrected it when I brought it to their attention. For the price, there are many better choices in Bettendorf, Iowa.

Holiday Inn Bettendorf is comfortable, staff was very friendly, located close to shopping, etc.
