Value Place Ankeny

Value Place is a short-term residential product that blends the best of extended stay lodging. Our rates are priced for a minimum one-week stay, and are not adjusted to a daily rate if the stay is less than one week. When your stay goes into the next week, another weekly rate is charged. However, even though many people decide to stay with us for months, many guests staying less than one week find us less expensive than traditional hotels. Room fees and a 100.00USD refundable deposit are due at time of arrival. The 100.00USD deposit is charged upon move in even if the room is placed on a credit card hold. Deposit is refunded at move out pending no damages or owed charges. Front desk hours of operation are Monday-Wed 9:00AM-8:00PM, Thurs & Fri - 9am-6PM Saturday 10:00AM-4:00PM, and by phone or appointment on Sunday. There is always someone on site to check you in. After hours, move-in must call extension 500 and the security guard will be paged to assist guests. Enjoy your stay in a clean, safe, and economical environment. We are conveniently located on Interstate 35 at the Corporate Woods exit 89 in Ankeny, Iowa. Ankeny is just north of Des Moines and Interstate 80 is less than a mile from our property. Ankeny is one of the fastest growing cities in Iowa. Our guests are less than two miles from the heart of Ankeny's center offering fast food, casual dining, movie theatres, and big box retail including Wal-Mart, Home Depot, and others. Downtown Des Moines is just a few miles away with the State Capitol, Wells Fargo Arena, Farmers Market, East Village and more. Prairie Meadows Racetrack and Casino is less than 5 miles away.
