There was a wedding party staying there and they got quite noisy all night long. The hotel staff did a good job of trying to ... keep them quiet. They did give us a discount off of our next stay for the inconvenience.

This hotel has a great location. It is right off the interstate and near a casino and theme park. However the room ... accommodation was poor. The room was small with a handicap assessible bathroom that had no tub. The tiled bathroom floor was visibly dirty. The room was dark with heavy dark curtains that could not be opened b/c there were no sheers underneath and the window overlooked the parking lot.

I didn't realize that Orbitz only sold smoking rooms for this hotel. I am a non-smoker and wouldn't have stayed there had I ... known. I realized it after we checked in, left, and then came back. All of our clothes smell like smoke now. The people were very nice, but I did hear the customer service lady take a call telling someone they had a hot tub and pool. He was coming that next evening, Monday. The hot tub was broken when we arrived Sunday afternoon and remained broken as of Tuesday checkout at 11:00. That was one thing I was looking for when searching for hotels, so I was disappointed in that.

We were on a pleasure trip for 70th birthday....this was the only location with a room halfway near the party. We had a ... non-smoking room but it smelled as if someone had been smoking in the room...smoking rooms were right across the hall. Would not stay there for any other reason....very unhappy with general feel of place. Just not very updated....seemed like a place unfortunately sometimes ended up on interstate travel at the end of a days drive maybe 15 years ago...and it would have been bad then.

This hotel needs to review their handicap rooms, we needed handicap accessability and were traveling with a family of four, ... this hotel does not offer a room that can accomodate a handicap person and a family of four. The handicap rooms in this hotel contain only one queen bed.

I was getting worried when I saw bad reviews on another website regarding this hotel. Bottom line: We go to a hotel to ... SLEEP, not to have a fantastic "experience." I mean, gee whiz, people. For the very reasonable price we paid, everything was just fine. I'd definitely stay here again. The bathroom was small, but functional!

We stopped here because we wanted to gamble at the Prairie Meadows casino and race track. You MUST try the breakfast buffet at the casino. So reasonable and very tasty. Not Las Vegas style, but as nice as anyone really would need for breakfast.

The motel didn't have the reservation so we had to charge to our credit card again. They were booked for the night but ... thankfully, they gave us a room after some uncertainty. We have asked for this charge to be removed from our card but have heard nothing back.

The Settle Inn & Suites was a nice hotel. It was close to Adventureland Park & shopping. Didn't have to go to far for ... restaurants. It was a comfortable room. Didn't even hear the storms go through the night. We will stay there again.

I was disappointed when i first arrived to my room but I was pleasantly surprised once I settled in that it was comfortable ... and had internet connections. I had a handicapped room and shower water ended up all over the floor and onto the carpet. In the end, though, it met my needs for a one-night stay.
