Worst Service I have ever had.
I have stayed at this motel many times over the past 20 years with my husband, this time I was there to decorate his grave and I did not get any of the things I requested, the staff was very rude. This was a very difficult time for me as it was. I will not be back. There are many other places in the area and I will willing pay the extra for proper service.

I think some times you get what you pay for. The pool area was dirty and the pool had way to much chlorine in it. One swim and it faded my daughter swimsuit really bad. The room smelled. No breakfast and right next to a truck stop. Sorry, but it was all around bad.

Altoona
I dont expect much from Motel 6. Bring your own shampoo (saves them 25 Cents). Now they charge $3 to get online when all the other hotels give it to you for free. Thats just cheep. Only one towel in the room too. If it wasnt only 1x2 that might be ok but for 2 people it was a real challenge.

The room was OK except ...
The room was OK except the maid service was very poor. Only the trash was emptied. Wet towels were left on the floor and the beds were not made. The front desk staff were all very friendly and there was a nice indoor pool. Air conditioning in room worked well. Several restaurants very close.

good value for the money
It was a pleasant place to stay with good prices. We were not interested in there being a pool or dining facilities, so that did not apply to us. The room was clean with not many ammenities, but we did not care. We always appreciate having an easy chair in the room, but there wasn't one...
