Very nice, quiet, clean, and friendly
Pleasant stay with attentive staff. Called shortly after we got in the room to ask if everything was okay. Quiet and peaceful. Very clean and well maintained. Breakfast was very tasty except for the eggs which tasted like powdered eggs but they did offer hard boiled (real)eggs. Also offered fresh fruit and good orange juice. Would definitely stay here again!!!!!

Fantastic family getaway
It was great. The rooms was VERY clean & comfortable. There was a great breakfast in the morning too. Location was great to get to the Bass Pro Shop & the casino. We are planning our next weekend get away there again soon.

Nice place
Easy check-in and out process. Being a new hotel, the rooms were very attractive and modern. The beds were comfortable and there were 2 pillows(soft and firm) for each person. All the common amenities were present(shampoo,conditioner,lotion,soap,coffee,iron and board). The pool was a bit on the cool side, so jump in to get used to it fast. The hot tub was an the smallish side. There were plenty of families so my children had other kids to play with in the pool. Parking was convenient. My only gripe is that our toilet got stopped up in the evening and instead of handling it themselves, the staff just left the plunger outside our door.

Adventureland and Prairie Meadows are just down the street, as are many fuel and dining options. Check out The Big Steer. They have excellent steaks in a small, friendly setting.

New Hotel but not ready for guests yet?
I believe this was very close to being a brand new hotel. Hotel is in a good location, just off I80 ramp, and appears very nice and well kept when driving up and checking in. We had (2) separate rooms for myself and my associate. Both rooms appeared to be in nearly new condition and well cleaned. My associate?s room would not lock when closing unless the door was pulled very hard shut. Manager said they would make a note of it. My room had flies in it, very annoying. My room also had problems with the plumbing; low water pressure and slowly draining tub. I really do not like standing in several inches of water while I shower. The conti breakfast was fine with a decent selection of cereals, muffins, bagels, fruit, coffee, and juices. Other Holiday Inn Express I have stayed at had waffles or pancakes which would have been nice.
