no one at the front desk you have to call them. Room needs to be cleaned better. Pillows were hard. Shower needs some repair. Not enough towels. only had 2 bath towels. One bed squeaked. hard to open window. Electric plug in bathroom, only one worked.
I have stayed in quite a few hotels in my line of work, this one has not been worth my money. When I first walked into the room, noticed that the toilet needed flushing, enough said on that. All the towels were wet and there was no coffee maker in
the room. The tv remote had to be reprogrammed, but even then the tv picture was fuzzy thru all the channels. Even worse yet. The peep hole in the door was reversed. I put some black tape over it and just dealt with the other annoyances.
Just not a good value for the money I spent.
