The hotel looks good. The price was very reasonable for the quality. The personnel was a bit sleepy when I arrived (kinda late I have to say) but very friendly and helpful.

very sketchy
The check in man/manager type was very mean, confrontational, rude, and uncooperative. We stayed at a Super 8 in Walnut Iowa and had a VERY pleasant experience. This treatment was unbelievable in Adair. I would not recommend this location to anyone!
