Maui Seaside Hotel

not much to say about the hotel . the staff were exelcent and they had a lovely pool and garden . they upgraded us to a lovely room but it overlooked two carparks and there were four wild roosters that had us awake at 4.45 every morning [cock a doodel dooing ]there was a resturant and no bar bit of a bummer .

Large, clean, albeit plain, room. Friendly and helpful staff. Quiet and picturesque setting near the water - a beach park and canoe club next door but apparently not a beach intended for swimming. Airport is less than three miles away and shopping/restaurants and cultural center all within one mile.

Somewaht noisy with doors slamming and a lot of traffic but the cleanliness, staff and restaurant was superior. Because we rented a vehicle we travelled the rest of the Island, therefore the location was good. Location for shopping was also good.

I stayed four nights, this is a very convenient location, central to most island attractions and just a few minutes from the airport. The room and the grounds were well maintained and spotless. Every staff member from the front desk to the groundskeepers were very friendly and accomodating. We were able to use a "hospitality room" after being at the beach the afternoon of our checkout as we had a late flight departure that day. Try to get one of the "tower" rooms which are twice as large as pool or garden view. I would prefer free parking . This hotel charged five dollars daily parking.

We enjoyed this modest, comfortable hotel. The name is a bit deceptive. There is no beach, just a walk to a small inlet of the "sea." The view is pleasant and it is easy to get anywhere by car. However, I did not like the breakfast that was included. The restaurant next door to the rooms had an elaborate breakfast menu, but only three choices were free. These were very full meals with no substitutions. If a smaller meal is ordered, you have to pay the full menu price. That's false advertising, for my money.

The Hotel is located not in the best part of the town, but has easy access to the beach and local malls and restaurants. This hotel is nothing more than just a Motel 6, with better customer service. The room was clean, but the smell in the room was not very nice. The continental breakfast was delicious, but the manager of the restaurant is a lady with short hair and she is very rude and not accomadating. It was worth it in the end, as we wanted to visit the entire island, and because of the price, which is affordable, we were able to rent a car for the entire time (9 days).

Average Hotel. There was construction outside that kept me awake. Parking was $14 a day.

My overall experience with the hotel was really good and I would definitely stay there again. I just wish they had an airport shuttle so you wouldn't have to be subjected to the extremely rude airport taxi drivers. Fortunately, the hotel staff recommended a more professional and customer friendly local cab company.

The hotel is exactly priced at the value it delivers. It's a 2 star hotel but is quaint and comfortable. Besides you won't be spending your time at this hotel but to only sleep

Since we were here on business, and didn't spend much time in the room, we found this place to be very convenient. Close to town, shopping, easy to find, and rignt on the beach.
