Great for kids
The location is unbeatable, especially with the scenic path along the water. Also has a great pool area for little kids. Made for a fun family time!

Good Hotel
Hotel is good overall...Restaurent - Mala was a bit disappointing. Very bad service and manager is awful who doesn't even know what she is doing? Everything else with hotel was good. I must say - "Excellent Location".

Great location to snorkel
The location was great for snorkeling but as with everything in Wailea you need to get in a car to go eat. There are other resorts to eat at in the area, including the Marriott but the selection of food is limited and overpriced. The rooms were clean, staff is very friendly. The property is older but very well kept.

Cafe O'Lei is a local restaurant which is reasonable for Waliea and very good. Waterfront is a little further away, it is pricier but the food is excellent!

The hotel was incredible! It had the Hawaiian resort feel and a very relaxing vibe. The views were amazing and even though we didn't have an ocean view room the mountain and terrace views were fantastic as well.

Four Stars
The Wailea Beach Marriot Resort was great for the price we paid. Perfect for a weekend getaway for my family traveling from Oahu. There are three pools, including an infinity pool and a children's pool to select from. Ocean views from the resort were breathtaking. And the staff at the Marriot were extremely friendly and pleasant. I wish I took down the name of the staff who offered me a thick blanket before heading out to see the sunrise at Haleakala at 4 in the morning. Overall, I would recommend this resort for those who are looking forward to staying in Wailea without spending a fortune.

Dad's 80th birthday
We stayed at this hotel for my dad's 80th birthday, last minute trip to Maui. My brother is a pilot and he also stays at this resort, so my dad wanted to experience it. We had a wonderful time. The grounds are beautiful, the rooms comfortable and the staff very helpful. We rented snorkel gear from the hotel and snorkel ed from the nearby beach. We booked a submarine reef trip through the activities desk, and also went to the fabulous luau on the hotel grounds! Anything and everything we could think of was covered by this fantastic resort!

In Hotel
Go to the serenity pool at sunset and experience the beauty of a tropical sunset, and then the blue lights of the serenity pool. Beautiful!
