Loved it!

Loved the pool and beach area. Felt I was in a true resort although more options for food would be good. Was very unimpressed that our free coffee voucher was for one person only when we were a couple and then it was just percolated coffee not from the machine i could see as that was for "paying customers". Coffee was atrocious and I tipped it out. Otherwise I did enjoy our stay.

Nice place to stay

The hotel only has one main restaurant - which is expensive if they aren't having a special of the day. Visit the general market next door. But all the staff were exceptional and the hotel is centered in a shopping area within walking distance. Pool, beach and fitness area were all nice. Enterprise rental on site. I would recommend renting a car because taxis are expensive.

Fantastic getaway

My husband and I stayed here for 12 nights and it was amazing. All of the staff were amazing and took care of any request we had. Justin at the front desk, was extremely welcoming and offered some great suggestions on things to see on the island. We had a small issue with our bath tub not draining and reported it to the front desk it was fixed within minutes. The pools were beautiful and clean and the new mattress that was installed during our visit was also fantastic. I highly recommend this hotel.

The big Island adventure

Overall a nice place. Easy drive from the airport and adequate parking. The carpeting in the hallways was in need of replacement. Pools and beach were above average. It would be nice to have hooks on the bathroom door/walls to hang robes etc. As is all too common at most resorts, the extra fees are not appreciated; allow people the option of wifi, parking etc. or else add it into the room price and be done with it. Don't artificially lower the price when the add ons are manditory. There are two shopping areas within a few blocks with restaurants and shops. The grocery store was excellent and reasonabally priced. Have not stayed at other proprties in the area, but would not have a problem with returning to this property if back in the area. Mahalo

Well Kept

Clean, nice location, far from town so, if no rental car, you are confined to the immediate, standard overpriced amenities of a hotel villa. Pools are A+, grounds very well kept.
