Very nice place.
My room was down towards the beach. The room was clean with a great bed. This is an older setup but was well worth the money. I would recommend it.

Maui oceanfront June 2010
The hotel was very good. The standard queen was small and adjoined to another room, so it was lacking a little privacy. The beach was great and there was amazing snorkeling right out the back door. Since we didn't go on vacation to sit in the room it was a great value! Would recommend.

Good price, nice location
The hotel was fine -- excellent access to the beach with great sunset views. The bed was very comfortable. The room was cleaned every day. Parking was not a problem, but the lot was nearly always full. Evening walks on the beach right outside the hotel room were fantastic. The Internet was down for most of our stay, however.

Dining options are all up the road a couple of miles, unless you want to expensive Italian restaurant on-site. I would have liked to have a kitchen so I didn't have to eat out so much. A fridge was provided so we went shopping and always had sandwich fixings on-hand.

Maui Wowie
Hotel allowed early check-in upon arrival, but could not coordinate early check-in on the phone even one hour prior. Some disrepair (needed batteries in the remote, light bulbs burned out in vanity, and ac over the head of the bead (inside the room) was scary. Some staff were pleasant. Beach towels were a bonus. Nice beach front property, but be careful not to miss the driveway.

very small room, parking was not near room....dinning room close to rooms and noisy until after closing...........could be heard in the 5 06 rooms closest to ocean

Maui memories
unbeatable location for the price
I was visiting friends who were staying in Wailea, and wanted a place close by, but inexpensive. It was great to find a small, cozy hotel ON THE WATER that was affordable. There is also a wonderful resturant on the property, and a very nice market next door. The front desk staff was very helpful and always available.
