Modestly priced accommodations on one of Maui’s most luxurious beaches
The Aston Kaanapali Shores is a 3 diamond condominium/hotel that fronts famed Kaanapali Beach, with views of Molokai and Lanai in the distance and incredible whale watching in winter. On-site amenities include a swimming pool, three tennis courts, fitness center, free high-speed Internet access, a restaurant and a poolside bar. Championship golf, casual and upscale shopping and dining, and plentiful outdoors activities are all within easy reach. Beautifully furnished suite
Enjoyed every moment at this hotel. The fully stocked kitchen made our stay easy and convenient. Good location, beautiful grounds, good value for the price.

Worth the money
Wonderful vacation. Staff very accommodating and friendly. We were upgraded to a 1 bedroom condo without even asking! Restaurant at resort top notch! If considering this resort just be prepared that there could be a lot of children!

Yearly Maui Trip
We've stayed at this resort 3 times and have really enjoyed it. Rooms are great, staff is great, grounds are great, and location is perfect. For the cost it's hard to beat. We've stayed at other good places over the last 7 years and this one is our favorite so far.

In Hotel
Scuba diving here has a free class in the pool with your gear. If you like it then you can sign up for a 1 tank (45 min + -) dive. This dive is the least expensive compared to other nearby resorts.

Relaxing Vacation
We were upgraded to a one bedroom and we loved it! Right outside our living room we had the lush garden. We could hear the flowing water of the waterfall feature, it was really relaxing. We also loved hearing the birds everynight settling into the trees. It got pretty loud sometimes but we love nature so it was pleasant to us. I loved everything about this place. The people, the location, the room, etc. The only only thing I wish was different was the fact that the beach was so teeny-tiny at this Hotel. It was still beautiful though. I will totally be coming back ;)

It was very nice. It was busy with large groups considering we missed the Spring Break rush! We'll deff stay at this hotel again! Mahalo nui loa!

Fantastic family getaway
The condo kitchens are well stocked and there is a grocery store across the street, so families can easily save on meal expenses. The location is fantastic - steps to the pool and steps to the beach. For great snorkeling, head south to just in front of the Westin Kaanapali Ocean Front Villas (about a 10 minute walk). The coral is not so close to the water surface and the surf tends to be less making for better snorkeling visibility. We took our 5 & 7 year-old kids out snorkeling there (they just used their swimming goggles instead of snorkel masks). We saw tons of tropical fish and even swam with a giant green sea turtle.

Short drive from hotel
If you have a rental car and are looking to save some money on meals, stop by the Costco which is near the airport and stock up on food before heading to the condo. The hotel bellman will happily cart the food to your condo room.

Great Place to Vacation
Our first time to this place my second time to the island. Great place alot of amenties, if they dont have it you can walk acrossed the street and get it. I will be staying here again in my future.

The condo rooms were great and pretty clean. There was a pretty good layer of dust on some of the fake plants, but the stuff that mattered was clean. The kids eat free deal only applies to breakfast and lunch. We cooked our own breakfast and were always out and about for lunch, so never did eat at the hotel.

A perfect honeymoon destination!
When we told the staff member at the front desk that we had just arrived from Oahu, where we had stayed in a hotel room with a view of the roof and that we were on our honeymoon, he immediately upgraded us to a one-bedroom suite with a partial ocean view. We felt like royalty! The grounds are lovely. They had a variety of activities at the hotel including a craft fair. Both the pool and the beach area were delightful. We would definitely stay here again.
