    Family Friendly, Relaxing Resort!

The Kona Coast Resort was a wonderful place to spend our vacation! Our room had a wonderful view of the golf course and ocean. There were 2 full bathrooms and a beautifully decorated master bedroom. The living area, kitchen and dining area was also decorated with so many personal touches. It was a lovely stay and we'll absolutely go back!

    Awesome Beautiful Resort/Experience!

The Kona Coast resort was awesome. I went alone just for some R&R and to play tennis and I had a great one bedroom apartment all to myself with a private balcony. The service was excellent and the property is very well maintained. Although there is no restaurant, you have a full kitchen, and the KTA Supermarket is very close by. Also, you can have several great restaurants deliver right to your condo. The Holua Tennis Center is GREAT and it's just a short drive around the corner - Tenniscize was such an awesome experience if you love tennis, in a laid-back, relaxed atmosphere, definitely go there! I met such awesome people - Donnia is the best!

    Great Place to Stay

If you're traveling all around the island, this is a great "middle" location. We loved our condo, it was peaceful, perfect. The staff was extra friendly and we would definitely come here again.

    Great location, quiet, etc..

My family and I loved Kona Coast located at the end of Alii Dr. away from the noise of town. Short drive to Wallmart, Big Island is really big so prepare yourself to drive to get to white sand beaches, snorkle near by beach 1 mile away..stay away from White sand beach 2 miles away my husband got hit by a wave almost went to the ER. Green sand beach-go as early as possible to avoid sun about 4 miles walk in bad terrain bring plenty of water. Hilo side is amazing, but make sure to spend 1 or 2 nights on that side. Mauna Kea beach is great, but the hotel only allows 40 cars per day. Snorkle w/manta rays we did booked thru sunlight excurssions and snorkle with captain zodiac. Royal Kona resort has a Luau for 1 hr, which it was ok but not as good as Germaines in Honolulu. Big island is different but unique. Overall Kona coast is great never had any problems, we saved some money by eating brk-fst and buying water in Wallmart and farmers market.

Great place, great staff, easy access to town, short distance from Kona airport about 25 min. If you want to experience Big Island get ready to drive, walk, and Hike..this island is very unique and is different from congested Honolulu or relaxed Maui.

    Wonderful place to stay

Great location south of the heart of Kona. Fantastic Kahaluu Beach just down the road for great snorkeling and surfing. Close to shopping and convenient access yet far enough off the main road to be quiet. Not right on the water but ocean view in the distance. Spacious and clean condos with fully equipped kitchen. All appliances, TVs etc. worked well. Highly recommend.

    Great Resort

Liked quite a lot of things about this place. 1. We got a ocean view room. 2. very comfortable clean bed 3. full kitchen with all facilities 4. clean swimming pool, they supply beach towels as many times as you want. Can rent quite a lot of other gear as well 5. Keaheau market is nearby, walking distance. Supermarket has all the stuff should you decide to cook. Ok, for some negatives. 1. location is good, our Garmin gave us a hard time
