Excellent location!

Excellent location, close to a lot of shops, nice hotel and worth the $$. The staff were really friendly and helpful too. Needs a lot of upgrade to the fitness room. Would definitely stay there again.

Nice Stay

We had a good experience. The rooms are pretty small and other than the pool, there really aren't any amenities. The loacation was great, we could walk to the beach, restaurants, and a ton of shops. The biggest plus about this hotel is free parking.

Waikiki Trip

Good location but not right on the beach. Cannot use the pool at the nearby Haleklani. There is a parking fee of $20/day for self-parking or valet which was not disclosed. Hotel staff was kind enough to give us free parking. Internet was not free in the rooms but they have wifi in the lobby and provided computers in the business center.

Sightseeing tip: Short walk from hotel

Hotel is located near most things in Waikiki, walking distance. But if you want a beach front hotel, this is not the hotel you want. There are only a few rooms with beach view and the city view is a view of the next door garage complex, very unappealing.

Family trip for a wedding. Beautiful island.

Wakki Parc is located in the town of Wakki. It was not my first choice, but everyone is staying in Wakki, my daughter wanted to stay close with the rest of the family. I feel like I was in Miami, with high risers and upscale stores. The hotel offers free breakfast, but it serves the same food daily, boring. The staffs are courteous and friendly. Valet parking staffs were the best. I booked two ocean view rooms, one had partial ocean view, a little disappointed. No beach towels, they gave us bath towels(white ones). Make sure you bring your own beach towels.

Good location for the price

Overall, the hotel was nice. That being said, there were some things that were annoying. On the first night, only one side of the room had electricity (a lamp and television were not working). Thinking it would be easier to call and have it fix before running out to enjoy Waikiki, we had to make two (2) calls to the front desk before someone came to fix it. It took approximately 30 minutes before he arrived. The service person was very nice. The room was not the cleanest. The floor was approximately 50% ceramic, 50% rug. The rug was not fluffy--it appeared well worn and a bit dingy. Portions of the ceramics were not clean. Dust was in the corners. On the latter days of the vacation, the maid primarily made the bed, she/he did not clean the room to which I have come accustomed. The fitness room was a disappointment. It appeared much larger in the picture than it was. There were five (5) pieces of equipment. Of the five, only three (3) worked. Loved the swimming pool and staff. The pool chairs were comfortable. We had an awesome lanai (balcony) and beautiful view of the ocean.

Pretty Decent

The hotel was very nice, but nothing special. The staff were polite, but didn't go out of their way to be friendly or do anything exceptional to make the stay particularly memorable. Rooms are clean, and decent size. The location was really good, right in the heart of Waikiki.

This hotel caters to the Japanese culture which was not evident in their description. The staff was GREAT. Very friendly and personable. Although not on Waikiki beach it was close enough and not a real issue. If you like feeling like you are important then this is the hotel for you, with all of the staff referring to you by name.

Very nice but not as nice as the photos

Great location with quick easy access to the beach, restaurants and shopping. Front entrance is between the back sides of other hotels so looks pretty much like an alley. Decor is a little odd. Room was very nice. I would recommend it overall.

Expected more from Waikiki Parc Hotel!

The location is fantastic, closed to Waikiki public beach, International Market Place and main street. You can get everything including souvenirs and shopping within walking distance. The valet staff are wonderful, very nice and helpful. However, the front desk staff are different stories. The room keeping lady forgot to change our dirty towels twice, but did remember to grab the tips on the bed. Our card keys has been blocked since they input the wrong check-out date for me (which I reminded them specifically when I checked in), when I had to go down to notice them, no one apologized for the trouble (after all day walk, who doesn't want to head back to the room directly) and did not even look at me in the eyes. How rude!?

Great Japanese udon restaurant located in Kuhio Avenue. It is very delicious, and not pricy at all which is not common in this tourist paradise.
