Perfect Honeymoon
Our stay at the Trump was just awesome! Everyone there is very friendly, I've never met friendlier people before. This was the perfect honeymoon destination, but it was made even better at the Trump, we even got a free bottle of Champagne just for telling them it was our honeymoon. The room service was outstanding, very clean! We're not used to being spoiled so much. This is a true 5 star hotel. The high price was worth it.

Honeymoon at Trump
The staffs were professional and friendly. Upon our arrival first day, we received a bottle of champane and a box of delicious Honolulu cookies. Our room was always clean. Hence we were very pleased with the service and amenities. Thank you!

Overall, It is a very good hotel! Just 8-10 mins walk to the Waikiki Beach.

Hawaii for the 1st time!
I had great time in Hawaii!! Choosing the Trump the best decision to make because of its accessibility to the shopping, restaurants, and of course the beach! The staff was extremely welcoming and attentive to our every need, including assisting of with setting up offsite activities! Great experience!

Totally speechless
This was my first time in Hawaii and to stay at Trumps Hotel was an honor. The hotel staff went above and beyond for my fiancé and I. To stay that this place was A+ would be an understatement. Our room was on the 16th floor with an open shower , full kitchen, and patio. Everything was emaculate! BLT Steak and the buffet at In Yo' Cafe had some of the most delicious food. From the fresh fish to the fresh fruits and vegetables the food and service IMPECCABLE! The staff also was very helpful in directing us to places like North Shore as well as other attractions located outside of Waikiki.

Family of 5 there for 5 nights
Had 2 rooms for 5 nights. We were upgraded on arrival to ocean view which was nice. Rooms are fantastic, very well kitted out although being English we would have liked an old fashioned kettle so we could have had a cup of tea without using the coffee machine. Some other very nice touches in the room with the kids (16,13,7) especially liking being able to order different pillows. Bathrooms were excellent with large open showers. Service overall was excellent although we did have one breakfast when the poached eggs ordered were very poor compared to the previous days- I think they were having an off day because we also had to ask for condiments, butter, sugar, milk and a spoon- I mentioned this to the server who apologised profusely and immediately reduced the bill. I think I would have given a 5 star if it were not for the size of the pool. Its really narrow and is barely wide enough for 2 people to swim past each other. Overall we had a great stay and I would certainly recommend
