Recently renovated to a tune of nearly $190 million, sink into a sophisticated, contemporary atmosphere with frisky touches and plenty of aloha spirit. A beachfront fantasy pool, adults-only infinity pool and innovative dining make the hotel a great choice for the family and couples.

Dining

The resort renovation included exciting transformations in dining options. Great Central Location

My first experience with the Sheraton was checking in..they had NO record of my reservation. Over one hour of waiting patiently at the front desk...then told I had to call [...]..which I told them they had to figure it out as I had a confirmation number & my flight check-in was fine. Then I was told there was a fee of $20.00 per day for use of the phone and parking...which was not applicable as I have a cell phone to make calls and I didn't have a vehicle. I requested to speak to a manager. After a fifteen minute discussion on fees... Fee was then waived. Very poor customer service & disorganization. The view was of a roof top with air conditioning units wrapped in plastic. Not even a city view as described.Sorry, but I definetly would NOT book a stay at this property again.

    Great Hotel

The hotel was great. It had been recently updated and was very modern and clean. The adults only pool was great with the infinity edge feature right at the edge of the ocean, free use of floating bean bag chairs to relax in the pool, and bar/food service waitresses coming around all day. The only downfall was that the chairs at the adult pool filled up fast so if you want to go to the adult pool you should get your towels early in the morning to save yourself a chair or rent a cabana for $60/day. There was also a very nice all ages pool with waterslides for the kids but we mostly stayed at the adults only pool since we don't have kids. There wasn't a large beach in front of the hotel but it was plenty of space to swim and if you wanted a larger beach you could walk over to the adjacent hotel's beaches very easily. The "ocean front" rooms are truly OCEAN FRONT...beautiful views with NO obstructions.

    Amazing Stay!

The staff was VERY friendly and VERY helpful! Every time we left our room each morning the housekeepers would greet us, anytime we needed questions answered the concierge desk, front desk staff, and even the pool attendants were more than happy to answer anything. The view was incredible...we put in for a partial ocean view and we could see the ocean, the city, and the mountains. The only thing I would recommend is that if you want to hear the ocean you should just go with a full ocean view. We couldn't really hear the ocean over the cars driving in the city but I definitely would not complain over the view! Very clean room! Very friendly staff! Very lovely hotel!

    Great hotel

The hotel was beautiful, well located and the staff were very helpful. One negative - there was always a lineup at the front desk so even to ask a simple question often took 10-15 minutes.
