OHANA Waikiki West

Everything was very nice, but the room had a shared lanai. Unfortunately, the occupants of the other room hogged the lanai furniture and we had to keep the curtains closed for privacy. We would much rather have had a smaller room with a private lanai that we could have enjoyed more. We would have preferred to have been able to have the curtains open, but it was not possible most of the time. We really liked the large room safe which was large enough for a computer.

We came for the State Canoe Races at Keehi Lagoon. This location was convenient for dining, parking, and shopping. Getting in and out of the hotel was good because even if parking was crowded there was another quick solution. The hotel workers are friendly and service oriented.

Very convenient to Waikiki but Waikiki is far from oahu s best beach. The North shore is a must see with spectacular views everywhere but with very little in the way of rooms. This leaves Waikiki crowded. Since very little time is spent at the hotel, other than sleeping, this hotel is more than adequate and it is reasonable

Friendly staff that made your stay enjoyable. Add location and your in for a great experience. One block from the shopping district and Waikiki Beach. What more could you ask for!

I went to walk around. The area was nice, the location is very good because there was a lot to do outside. The room was clean, But I wish they put me to a higher room. They gave me a double bed for just me, it was weird. The front desk that checked me in was professional but not much on the friendly side. But the housekeepers are excellent! They are all friendly, cheerful and very helpful. I love them. It was good experience.

Stayed only one night before returning to LAX. I was very happy about the location so close to everything at Waikiki. King bed, little balcony, fast check in. I would stay here again.

We were only here for two nights, but it was clean, had a fantastic view of the ocean from the 12th floor, and was well worth what we paid (<$90/night!). The bathroom was a bit small but it didn't really matter. We spent very little time in the room, as we were out and about most of the time. Parking is an additional cost - we had military ID so we only paid $18 (50% off). Another nice touch was their hospitality room, where you can come back to shower and change, if your flight is after your check out time. you can leave your luggage, come back later, use the suite to shower and change before your flight. Great location, 2 blocks from the heart of Waikiki. Tons of shops and restuarants nearby.

Hotel staff very courteous and helpful. This location was a quick step away from the beach. The view from my lanai was breathtaking.

Really enjoyed the view through our window and the convenience of the almost central location in Waikiki. Close proximity to the beach, shopping places and street entertainment. We wished that free breakfast would have had a longer period. For business travel 7:45am - to 8:45am breakfast period would have been a very good option. Since we were on business/vacation we slept till about 8am, so we did not get to use our free breafast coupon because of that.

Quick sight seeing to the Cultural Center and sights in the City. Very enjoyable but only a short time in Honolulu. About the same as most!
