Island-style value and aloha at locally-owned Waikiki hotel

OHANA Waikiki West, a locally-owned hotel with plenty of island aloha is a favorite among families and couples seeking value and prime location. The hotel is situated two blocks from Waikiki Beach and surrounded by dining and shopping options. The souvenir bazaar, International Market Place, is located one block from the hotel. Some rooms have kitchenettes and all rooms offer plenty of extras, including complimentary Internet, area transport, newspaper, free local and U.S. mainland calls (limits apply), and OHANA beach tote.

环境不错，离Waikiki Beach只需步行5分钟，房间有小阳台，景色怡人 如果是2人住建议最好订单人床2个的房间，一张双人床的房间空间小，很挤，2张单人床的房间还有灶台呢

最初に案内された部屋は音がうるさくクレームをしましたら、受付の方が一ランク上の部屋を紹介してくれました。その方のおかげで楽しく滞在することができました。最初の方は取り合ってくれませんでしたが、隣の女性の方がとても親切に対応してくれました。嬉しくてお礼に４０ドルのチップを差し上げました。

ワイキキ中心部に近く、ピンクトロリーの停留所でもあるのでショッピングにはとても便利だと思います。設備も清潔で、従業員の態度も親切で好感が持てました。ただ、プールとプールサイドにバーカウンターがありますが、夜は黒人の若者が騒いで少し怖かったです。

清潔方面 超馬虎 入住三晚 都不補充 洗髮精 沐浴乳 等 ( 還要打去要才有 ) 第一天 咖啡倒了 到離開那天 都沒有清潔 OR 擦拭 !!! 非常糟糕 地毯 廁所 毛髮皆未處理 ( 很髒) 請改善 !!

Good location, bit far for beach

Good location, bit far for beach though nice for shopping. Free pink line bus is fabulous They were so nice to me when I arrive earlier than check-in time. I'd stay here again when I went to Honolulu!

Hôtel très bien situé dans Waikiki.

Hôtel très bien situé dans Waikiki. Notre chambre était impec, la salle de bain un peu petite mais convenable, c'était très silencieux bien qu'on ait été au premier étage seulement, sauf que notre chambre pouvait communiquer avec celle d'à côté par une porte et nos voisins était très bruyants (heureusement ils se calmaient assez vite). offre de nombreux avantages (téléphone, internet et shuttle pour aller à Ala Moana gratuits).

當要延長一天住宿時,被櫃檯人員告知無法在櫃台預定,要顧客自己上網預定,我必須到處找電腦去網路預定,再將book number 報給櫃檯才可,且當天那位櫃檯人員服務態度頗差,給我非常不好的印象.
