Miramar At Waikiki

Everything was great except I expected to have adjoining rooms since I booked in a month an advance. The rooms were clean but we encountered ants under our pillows , wall, and table. We also didn't get much sleep cause there was too much noise outside from partygoers . Other than that everything was great.

This has been my forth stay at the Miramar and the results are always the same. The rooms are kept well by the pleasant cleaning staff. The rest of the staff are very friendly and accommodating. Rooms are very close to all amenities as well as the public bus which is one of the best in North America. Pool bar okay. Pool okay. Don't order the breakfast package with room because Dennys' and multiple other places to eat around the hotel. Happy with my stay there although the weather was unco-operative but you can't change the weather. All in all, a good place to stay.

All in all a good hotel close to all amenities and I mean all. Within walking distance to everything. Meals are good, plentiful and reasonable in price. Rooms are cleaned every day. All staff friendly. Pool good. Pool bar good. I would stay on at least the 10th floor facing either the pool or the Ohana East. Both are the most quiet. It's not the Moana but if your not looking for luxury then it is a very acceptable hotel, reasonable in cost and close to everything including the beach.

The staff was so accommodating! It was the best part of the stay.

The staff was wonderful and very helpful. The rooms need a little updating but kept clean. Had no workout room and no free internet. Had to pay per time on internet. Wanted to print out boarding passes but didn't because of the fee.

Our room was 1513 it was aweful close to the elevator, noise was to much. when asked to change the room, the staff was rude on the front counter and lied there were no rooms empty.. our next door room had 3 bed 1515 which was empty, asked if we get any previlege for car parking they dont know who owns the underground parking and had no telephone number fee for parking is $20/- per day, our room had a weird smell when we arrived the first night.. we had to leave our windows open, our fridge was rusted and our coffee machine was broken, our room carpet was worn out and ugly, we had hot water problem by the time second person goes to get a shower there was no hot water. dont be fooled by the look of the lobby cuz they just got it renovated... we were fooled, our friends from Australia has bed bugs.. i dont recommend anyone spending so much money for Miramar at Waikiki. not worth it.

Location is perfect & walking distance to most things. Been there several times so we know the staff and they know us. Would definitely stay again.

This hotel was very clean. Personnel was very helpful and professional. We did not hear any other room noises. It was a great location. We really enjoyed our stay here. We would recommend it to others. We would definitely stay there again.

It doesn't get a lot better from my perspective. I have been to 5 star hotels but when I go on vacation, I need a place to sleep with a certain number of amenities and the Miramar at Waikiki delivered. Free internet is a plus for me. I was able to update my Facebook page daily with pictures and comments. The room was clean and the staff super friendly. The location is also fantastic, right in the heart of Waikiki, next to restaurants and great shopping. We were able to walk to the zoo, the aquarium and the botanical garden to quote a few of the attractions that were close by. I did not mention the beach yet but it was a 3 minutes walk though the International Market and a Palm tree alley. I would return to the Miramar in a blink

Every thing nicely, but the amenities are pretty old with some problem. Sometime, the room ceiling plates were "floating" (suddenly open up and fall down) when the window is open and windy, it looks horrible.
