the staffs' attitude was terrible

And the parking is terrible too. unless you want to pay 18 dollors a day to park at the hotel.

Good for the money

Stayed here a couple of nights on a lay-over before heading to Sydney. Perfect location/value for a lay-over and a first time quick visit to Hawaii. Shopping and beach is a short walk, everything I needed was close by. Staff was very accomodating.

Just an okay place to stay.

The room was very drab and was not like the pictures posted. The hotel charges for coffee in the room after the first pack. The pillows were way to small and the same with the towels. My friend and I talked and decided the place was okay but we would not want to stay again.

Exactly what you are paying for

No frills, but includes fridge, view, coffee maker and bath in a great location! What more could a person want in a city one tends to go out and see instead of sleep through? So much cheaper than so many other resort hotels in the area.

Good clean lodgings

Stayed for about a week. The staff was pleasant at check-in. The room was small but clean. Towels were too small. The bottom sheet on the bed was not fitted and did not reach the end of the bed. In general, however, it is perfectly fine for a place to stay and I stay there fairly often.

Ok if you only sleep there.

The room looked nothing like the pictures in the advertisement. It was very small. They said it was a queen sized bed, but it was a small queen. The cleaning staff didn't even leave us clean styrofoam cups for our morning coffee.

You have to go on the sunset cruise. They picked us up at the hotel and we had a great evening. The food was good and the entertainment was excellent.
