Poor Show
The overall experience was bad. I was on my Honeymoon and they gave me two Double beds. They did not offer me a King bed eventhough I had it on my confirmed reservation. The Orbitz reservation has a mountain view confirmed but I got a city view. The exhaust fan in the rest room was not working. I did not like the checkin and the checkout timings. Eventhough there are not many people staying in the hotel they did not want me to extend my checkout time. I had to do an activity and come for the check in and had to get out and do another activity. It was like I was forced outside. Hell with the overall service. The orbitz reservation confirmation has done none good for me.

Wonderful location
I love the hotel and the clean facilites. But I was dissappointd with the lack of entertainment venues on the premises. This is WAKIKI, so the hotel needed to have a nightlife scene on site. Also, the conceige desk lacks the knowledge in suggesting places to eat and visit. Other than that, our vacation was amazing.

There is a parking garage just behind the hotel that only charges $8 for every 10 hour. It is well worth it. You can even give an extra tip to the attendant and he would mark the ticket at a later time.
