Fantastic!
Perfect for those that want a nice room in a good location, but don't need all the resort amenities. Staff was so nice and helpful. I will return, and I highly recommend Hotel Renew to others.

Hawaii Honeymoon
The hotel provided exceptional service. We had a bottle of champagne in our hotel room when we arrived since the staff knew we were on our honeymoon. The rooms were clean and the lighting was awesome including bedside controls. Hotel provides free basic breakfast in the small lobby which can tend to feel crowded in the morning. The breakfast could also use more items. Overall our stay was exceptional. We will definitely return.

LOVE THIS HOTEL!
The decor is not typical hawaiian which I really appreciated! The hotel has been recently remodeled and all the furniture and decor etc is very modern and relaxing. Also, the service is AMAZING and the hotel always smells clean and fresh. The bedrooms and bathrooms are a little on the smaller side, but I really didn't mind it that much. Also, no in-house restaurants or food service - but they make up for it with a simple and charming buffet breakfast

Amaying service, always with a smile. Very nicely designed rooms, decent breakfast (also only until 9:30). Price and location make this a winner in Waikiki!

loved it!
when we first looked at the hotels online here i wasn't too sure just because alot of reviews had said the hotels were "remodeled" but still looked really old inside with insects. But this was the hotel i trusted the most. right when we arrived to the hotel and got inside, i was in HEAVEN!! it was love at first sight. Hotel Renew was so modern and beautiful inside. and very elegant. The only bad thing i have to say about it is that the rooms were a little snug and the hotel was right next to a sketchy alley way. but it didn't really matter since all i worried was having a nice room to sleep in and feel comfortable in and easy access to the beach, and i got it all =)

Excellent service, nicely renovated
Excellent service. All staff was outstanding. Comforter smelled, but it was warm enough and we did not even use it. They let you borrow beach towels, body boards and other beach accessories. Breakfast is included and it has a fairly good selection of bread, pastries, yogurt, cereals, fruit, juice and Illy coffee. There is no washer and dryer available at the hotel but a clean laundrymat is just walking distance. If driving, there is a public parking lot really close to Hotel Renew for $10/day. I would definately stay here again. Location is great and feels pretty safe.

The best deal in town is The Cheesecake Factory. They have the BEST tasting (and large portions too) dishes with a great variety too. They are very reasonably priced and their service is outstanding. We ate there 3 nights in a row after trying other restaurants. Make sure you get there early...we waited on average of 45 minutes, but IT IS WORTH the wait.

Great stay!
I was in Hawaii for the first time to go to a wedding, yes very original. There was no parking around and although $22 a day, the valet parking was curb side service from the front desk. The rooms was clean, modern, and I got a balcony with a view of the ocean. The room had a flat screen t.v. for the ball game, a fridge for the beers, and was a block from the beach. I had a great stay.

Surfing lessons from the PVT surfing school. It was fun the day before the wedding to laugh at the bride and fall into the ocean.

Great Hotel
The rooms were really small, but the decor was superb. I grow absolutely tired of the same, boring, hotel rooms everywhere you go. Its like every hotel abides by the same decor standards. The hotel renew was so much different. I will definitely be booking here again in the future, if I ever visit Waikiki again.
