Hilton Grand Vacations Suites at Hilton Hawaiian Village

Loved it! Everything was perfect!!!!!!!! Couldn't ask for anything better.

The Hilton Hawaiian Village is a great location on Ohau. Easy access from airport and to all parts of the island. The grounds are always beautiful and well-maintained. It's a lovely place for a family vacation.

Hotel was located in Waikiki. It had the best beach. I walked all of Waikiki, and the Hilton had the Lagoon as well as the widest beach front in Waikiki. This was also accessible to any kind of day trip or activity possible. Walking distance to restaurants and other places. I would definitely go back to the Hilton.

Before booking, I carefully looked at hotel photos and called the reservations desk to ask questions about the room choices offered. After being assured by someone at the site that the quality in the vacation club rooms was even better than at the Hilton Hotel proper, we were booked into a studio room at the Hilton Grand Vacation club in the Hilton Village in Honolulu. Huge mistake. The room was shockingly shabby and claustrophobically tiny. Very poor quality. I wouldn't even unpack- it was outrageous, especially considering the price we were paying for the room.We asked the management at the vacation club to give us a better room- they refused, citing no availability. They also refused to help us transfer over to the Hilton proper, as they didn't want to lose money on our reservation, I suppose. They told us there were no rooms. [...] was ineffective in fixing this problem for us, although they tried. So my husband and I walked over to the Hilton at midnight and discovered that there were plenty of rooms available. We threw ourselves on the mercy of the night manager at the Hilton hotel, who assisted us to book a decent room in the hotel, rather than the vacation club. We chose to upgrade from a standard room to an upgraded room, which was a delight. I am glad that we salvaged our vacation, but very, very disappointed that we were so badly misled about the vacation club room, and even more disappointed that [...] could not fix our problem.Once we moved to the decent room, we had a wonderful time. The Hilton Village was lovely; lots of places to hang out; lots of entertainment, excellent dining choices, etc. Shopping to fit all budgets. Family friendly. They offered us late checkout and a hospitality room for a last minute shower before we departed.

The facilities are really nice i.e. pool, restaurants, fireworks (fridays). The studio unit we stayed in was on the 3rd floor and was noisy both from events outside the windows and a noisy hallway next to the elevators. The unit had a microwave, small fridge, and a sink but in no way would you try to cook here. It was ok and the beds comfortable. I would not stay again unless the price was cheaper and the unit was on a higher floor away from elevators.

This holiday exceeded all my expectations on every level.The facilities at the Hilton were amazing,the friendliness of the staff was a stand out,nothing was too much trouble.I can't wait to return.

The hotel was like a town itself. It is also walking distance to downtown, specially if you choose the beach walk.

It was our 25th anniversary and a long dreamed about destination. the hotel staff were very friendly and didn't treat us like tourists but like friends.Great location right on the beach, plenty of history there too. Elvis stayed there.

コンドミニアムなので、ご家族（大人数）での利用や、部屋で料理をする様な、 滞在型を希望の場合は最適です。実際表向きにはバケーションクラブのオーナーでないと宿泊できないシステムなのですが、特に問題なく宿泊可能です。 但し、どこでどのように予約したか？等、チェックインやコンシェルジュ利用の際には尋ねられます。 ヒルトン自体は施設サービスともに、この価格であればかなり満足です。 しかし、実際行ってみると、予約した部屋では無かった事、私の住所がシカゴ になっていた等の問題がありました。 部屋の予約時 じヒルトンでタワー違いの物件が幾つか有り、 あまり泊まれないタワーが少し高額でしたが出ていたので、わざわざそちらを予約しました。しかし、実際には安い部屋の予約が取られていました。 ヒルトンとの交渉で他のタワーでグレードを上げてもらいましたが、 そこは過去に利用した事があるため、高い部屋を選んだ甲斐は無くなってしまい残念でした。この点は不満とするところです。 総合的にみると、このグレードのコンドミニアムをこの価格で予約できる可能性は少ないので、また、利用したいと思います。
