Aston Waikiki Beach Hotel

No Internet Wireless. Hotel has a Cheap look inside and in the rooms Free Breakfast. Got the worst out of people, people quickly filling their lunch bags(fighting for the lefts overs), taking as much as they can. Scare food. If you are late you will left with nothing. Long lines. small pool. They charge 10 dollars a day for the Safe ( that you will not use) for Movies ( that you wont see) for Internet ( that you cannot use, if you bring your Ipad. no wireless). Good location but no beach front.

The Hotel was great. We were right across the street from the beach. The hotel employees were very friendly and very helpful with everything. I really enjoyed the breakfast on the beach bag. Great idea! We had a wonderful time.

We were very pleasantly surprised. We had beach towels, beach chairs, a cooler to take our breakfast to the beach, excellent service, great value for the location especially.

Good location, less than a block from Honolulu zoo, across the street from Waikiki Beach, surrounded by tons of stores, Great restaurant, Tikis, and breakfast on the beach fun idea. Music and dancing most mornings at breakfast. Convienent in hotel event planners available daily.

Well after our long plain and shuttle ride... we were hoping to go straight up to our room to shower and relax but we were told that our room would not be ready till 3:00PM. That automaticly ruined our first impression, not to mention that there was only two people helping customers so the line was super long and it was outside so everyone is exhuasted from the heat and standing. Befor i booked this trip i had several things i that wanted and exspected. 1. A jacuzzi style bath tub they told me they would have one for sure but they didn't they had just a regular small size bath room. 2. I called several times asking if i would be able to have someone set up rose peddles and champagne in our room and ofcourse i planned on paying for it no matter what... I could not get a hold of anyone. I had to leave several messages each time. When i would finally get someone they told me that they could not do that for me and since it was our honeymoon they said they could upgrade our room for us upon availability when we got there. When we got to the counter the lady was short and rude and i asked about the room and she said" you already have an ocean view...." and then gave us our room keys. She then tells us that we have to pay a $10 a day amenity fee... What the heck! it would have been nice to have known that before we booked that we were going to be charged for things that we definitely didn't need or weren't going to use. They did not have a jacuzzi outside, only a small pool. The waiting area down stairs for your shuttle was outside so it was very hot and the room wasn't great. there was paint everywhere. it looked like they had just thrown an extra room together that was orginally a storage room. We still managed to have a good time but those little things on the first day really got us off to a bad start. We will probably not stay here again.

I don't think you could get a better location than this. The hotel is great and the people definitely have the Aloha spirit.Can't wait to go back!

This is definitely a great hotel for the price and the location. It is not the highest-end thing you are ever going to find, but, if you are in Hawaii, you should not be spending much time in the room anyways. The location and the price are both excellent. It is right by a bus station, too, so it is easy to access that to move your way about Hawaii to see the sights of Diamond Head, the beaches, Pearl Harbor, and all of the associated things there. It should clock in the very reasonable range, and the rooms are small but comfortable and what two people or a small family should need. The hotel itself is nicely designed, and they give you a free breakfast and hula every morning to start the day off right and save you a little money. I would definitely recommend this thing to anybody making the trip and wanting to stay near the beach cheaply. It is right across the street to the sea and sand, so definitely go for it, expecting a good four walls and a door for the price and everything else in the area to go with it.

Our family decided to celebrate my fathers 70th birthday in Hawaii. This hotel made our stay amazing. We would pick it again in heartbeat!!! We loved the breakfast!

Not quiet what was offered....breakfast was ordinary...no where to sit and eat and very overcrowed...rooms very small and it was very noisy(which cant be helped)....we wanted to stay extra nights and they wanted rates that were compareable to the Marriott and the Hyatt with out the facilities
