My review of Aqua Palms & Spa
The room at the Aquapalm was nice and comfortable even with three chairs. The bathroom was nice and adequate. It's a good location - it's a short walk to the beach and the restaurants are very close as well. The hotel staffs were very friendly and kind. I will return to this hotel again in the future.

Good Value
The Aqua Palms was a great value hotel. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and courtesy. The room was a good size and the refreg and micro really came in handy. The hotel is several blocks from the Wakki Beach, but the walking is good for you. We will return and stay here again in the near future.....

Very Friendly
The Aqua Palms was very comfortable and conveniant to several good restaurants and within walking distance to beach.Liked the fact there was coffee, microwave, and refrigerator in room. Room was larger than I expected. The only downside was the $15.00 a day parking fee.

Great Place to stay
Aqua Palms & Spa was very goood to us. the people there was extreamly friendly and the cleaning staff was great to us. i did not like how small the pool and fitness room was but it was just a short walk to the shore so that made up for it. the food around there was pricy but the place was perfet!

Better than expected
This hotel was very nice, it was clean, the staff was very pleasent and friendly and it is in a very good location. The linens are all fine Turkish thick cotton, the pillows were fluffy and you only needed one, the decor was very tasteful and the room was cleaned every day. The bathroom was small but very clean with adequate space for two people. There was a microwave, fridge and closet with lots of hangers. You could not hear any noise from the hallways (and the Sailors were in town) the room was very quite. The breakfast was very nice with lots of fresh fruit, muffin's, juice and coffee. The balcony had very nice outdoor furniture and the birds will come right to you (watch your muffin's!!) if your sit still. It is close to shopping, the beach and other fun things to do. The staff helped us to save money buy driving ourselves to some attractions instead of taking guided tours by giving us turn by turn directions. This was our first time to Hawaii and we did not have any guidance to go on other than the reviews. You will get your money worth at this hotel I will recommend it to friends and anyone else that is going to Hawaii.

A great location.
Our stay at the Aqua Palms and Spa was great. It is located right across the street from The Hilton Hawaiian hotel and easy walking distance to the beach, many restaraunts and shopping. The staff was very friendly, from the front desk to the housekeeping staff. Check-in and check-out was simple. Over all a great experience and we will definitely stay there again.

Great Staff
The Aqua Palms and Spa was a very nice hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I spoke with the staff numerous times to get ideas on things to do, places to park. The room was quite comfortable and spacious. The maintenance staff was great. We lost water pressure in our room the one day and I called down to the front desk and within 5 minutes a maintenance person came up to check it, within 15 minutes the water was back to full pressure.
