Clean comfortable rooms but amenities lacking and old

all the restaurants close by 9:30-10:00pm and there's no room service. So be sure to stock up on food and snacks. Small pool. But gym is decent size with steam and sauna rooms. Rooms are comfortable and clean.

A Little Disappointed

Because our flight was delayed it made our check-in later in the evening therefore we were given a handicap room located near an elevator. Most of the evening we heard the elevator going up and down. But we were still able to finally get to sleep. However, I was extremely disappointed in the fact that I could not connect to the internet. The Maintenance staff was very prompt in responding to my concern but, his response did not fix the problem and I was unable to complete some work-related material and was too tired to go downstairs into the lobby late at night. One other thing we noted within this handicap room was the fact that the phone was not located near the bed. We had requested a wake up call (which by the way was 15 minutes late) and when the wake up call came, we both jumped out of bed and the first thought that hit our minds was how hard it would have been for a handicap person to access a phone if they had a problem in the middle of the night. I think that the hotel should offer another phone on one of the bedside tables in order to assist an handicap person. Other than those little things, I still like staying at the hotel because its cleanliness has always been consistent and its staff is very quick to reply to any concerns.

Short business trip

The hotel was in great location with helpful staff. It is at the heart of honolulu. The hotel had restaurants inside and a big mall with food court near by. Only problems was I showed up to check in at 1 pm and they told me the room would only be ready by 3 pm and then when I came back at 3pm they made it sound like it was still difficult to get the room and they had to switch things around. Also when asked about late check out they were not very accomodating - i had to call the day before to ask permission and the latest check out would be 1pm instead of 12 pm. However, room was very clean and comfortable. I wish they had placed a water bottle or had a soda machines near by. Have to go to their gift shop to buy water. Also wi fi didn't work well for me and wound up paying to use their business office $1 for 5 mins of computer usage, wound up using $5 after printing out boarding pass and checking in my flight.

There has to be a better way...

Serving staff was generally helpful, but didn't go out of their way. Rooms were subpar [miniscule], and amenities were two star. Concierge service definitely subpar for the money, with little advice available. Minipool with short hours, and cigarette butts in the water. 'their' beach not easily accessed.
