Wingate by Wyndham Warner Robins

The entrance of he hotel was nice....that's all that was nice. Wall paper was peeling from the walls. Ceiling tiles were missing exposing wires. Carpet in the hall way was filthy. Wood shavings were everywhere. One room that I passed on the way to mine was open and completely dismantled. Paint buckets every where. This was the most horrible experience ever. I didn't even stay. I got a room a another hotel chain that I was familiar with. This was my first experience with his hotel and it will certainly be my last. If there were a negative star rating available I would definitely give that rating.

This was our first and most definitely our LAST stay at this Wingate and any other future ones. The staff upon arriving was less than cordial, as it was in checking out. Our room had hardwood floors that looked like they hadn't been swept at all, just nasty. My daughter even took pictures and the carpet outside of the room was the dirtiest carpet I have ever seen. Horrible! We decided to forgo the breakfast because it wasn't anything extra at all. Would I recoomend this or any other wingate? Absolutely and resounding NO!!!!!

Checked in to this hotel, got to our room and for 2 of us traveling found 1 king bed (like we asked for) and one club chair and ottoman, along with one standard desk chair and one dining room type chair. Went to the desk and asked about a room with 2 club chairs or a love seat. I was told all the rooms were the same. Then found out the spa was not in working order, the pool was very cold with all kinds of dirt on the bottom. Took a closer look at the room and found that while it was neat and picked up it was not what I would call clean. The carpet was moldy by the bath room door and there were some very strange hand prints on the bed head board. Found that the bed pillows were also a small 14 x 14 size, asked at the desk if they had any standard size pillows and was told no. At this point I explained to the desk clerk that If I had not pre-paid for the room I would be leaving in the morning. In the morning I spoke to the day desk clerk and explained these items to her. She them offered to call and get me refund. I took her up on the offer. She was great the best part of this hotel stay. During my conversation with the desk clerk the owner came in just walked by and ignored us. I would stay away from this hotel. There are lots of other choices.

Room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Friendly staff. Breakfast was not impressive. There was something that looked like an "egg pattie?" and tiny sausage links. Cereal, yogurt and muffins were okay. They should say they offer continental breakfast, not breakfast. Would stay here again but go somewhere else for breakfast.

Great trip. Simply put; would stay there every time we return.

Our favorite part of the hotel was the nice warm pool and hot tub. We were driving through and needed a place to stop with the family for the night. Rooms were large, clean and comfortable. Complimentary breakfast was not good at all though - served oranges that were very bitter and the warm breakfast was premade round egg thing and some sort of flimsy bacon shaped ham product.

The hotel was very clean and had a wonderful bed. Best sleep I've had in ages. The breakfast in the morning had a great deal of items to choose from. The free Wi-FI was very easy to use and worked all the time. They also had two computers to use in the business center which helped a lot.

Hotel was just as advertised - large clean room with free hot breakfast and heated indoor pool. Breakfast staffr was super fast to restock after a rush. Will definitely use this hotel again!

I visited other hotels and this is by far the best experience in all 30 years of my life. I definitely WILL book ALL my business stays at this very location. Thank the service of those amazing ladies, great job, hope to see you again soon. :)

Kudos to the cook . It was great to start the day with a fantastic breakfast. She really made the stay extra special.
