Just ok
Room size was nice, but room was dated. At check-in there was a used condom wrapper on the floor. The staff was slow and pretty clueless. Also charged for late checkout, which I have never seen in Warner Robins before. We will not return.

Working Day Trip
Spent only sleeping hours at room, but was able to get the much needed rest. The comfort furnished wonderful results. - Thanks!

PAID TO BE bed bug bitten
BED BUGS!!!!!!!!! - Do NOT stay here !!
They have bed bugs [...]! When we checked in to the non smoking hotel's two adjoining rooms, they smelled like someone had been burning candles. I have alergies and our youngest has asthma so I asked for another room. They hesitated and said not all were clean but finally moved us three doors down - no smell... it was late and we have travleled all days. Next morning my ankle itched so I checked my bed, nothing. Checked my youngest's and found bug right away which I trapped and showed his dad, then hotel staff. Dad found more, staff found none, took the one I caught, insisted it was a jumping mole and was caught on camera w/ audio calling exterminator as a REPEAT customer! NOW we know the smell in the first room was bug spray and IF they had told us we may have stayed there! They would not throw our clothes in their dryer, pay for dry cleaning, NOTHING!!!!!

Great location and family friendly.
We have been staying at Country Inn and Suites since it opened and have never been disappointed. The staff is very friendly and the rooms are always clean. Many places withing walking distance to eat and shop and the pool is enjoyed by our kids. Highly recommend this property.
