Sun Suites of Smyrna

Bed comfortable, TV very old, Bathroom adequate. Towels adequate. Wi-Fi as promised. No safe. Room size fine for 2 people. No smoking as promised. Very convenient location for those traveling from the north on I-75. Freezer space tiny. Clean but not immaculate. Good buy for the money.

My hotel expeience was excellent. The staff was really friendly and helpful. i was in town for a concert the location was perfect 20 minutes to downtown. Lots of resturants and food places to choose from near the hotel. I will stay here again and would recommend it to anyone. The room was clean it had a little kitchenette what else would one want?

After a long day of driving, we arrived to find that the hotel management had "lost" our reservation. After showing the paperwork, they tried to put us in a queen room rather than the double our pre-paid reservation specified. We had to return to the front desk and move to a double. During the course of the evening we realized that the room was very dirty. Hairballs and dustbunnies in the kitchen area and a lot of unvacuumed dirt in the bathroom. The carpet had burns. Compared to other hotels in this price range, there are much cleaner places to stay in our experience. We would not recommend this hotel to anyone, nor will we stay there again.

I was in Smyrna, GA for my goddaughter's HS graduation. I love the Motel. The room was nice and cool. I turn off the AC but the room stay cold all night. I eventually had to turn on the heat for a while to get comfortable. And the housekeeping did not make up the bed after I left for the day. I believe they did leave me new towels. I was disappointed about that one things only. Overall it was a nice Motel.

The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Clean towels are provided every other day or upon request as stated in the room. Glad someone is not wasting money and earths resources by not over washing stuff. The location was perfect, just off the highway. About a 20 min drive to downtown Atlanta. Also 20 min drive to Atlanta Airport. Hotel offers extended stay option as well so not a bad place. No, its not the Grand Hilton but for the price, it's just fine.

The hotel is in a good location(accessible to the freeways). The staff is really nice and provided excellent customer service. The hotel is quiet and it's a good deal for the price. Although the rooms are not that large, we still had enough space to be comfortable. The only thing that I didnt like was that housekeeping never came to service the room and I was there for a week;however,they did provide us with clean towels. Overall, I would recommend this hotel.

My flight arrived at 12:15AM and I made it to the hotel around 1AM. A sign on the door said to ring the buzzer after 11PM, which I did many many times. I also called their phone and could hear it ringing while I was ringing the buzzer (and pounding on the door). Finally I went to the Comfort Inn right next door and asked the clerk (who was on duty) about their neighbor Sun Suites. The lady told me the clerk goes home at 11PM. So much for late check in. I stayed at a Comfort Inn nearby in Sandy Springs which had very nice rooms, good rates, and staff on duty 24/7.

Linen looked dirty and bathrooms didn't look so great but it was ok for the price and having the microwave and kitchen area was nice. The staff was grrreeaaat. Very helpgul and friendly.

It was nice, staff was friendly and helpful. It was nice having the small kitchen when needed.
