Hyatt
We expected extra high standards of performance and nearly got it. Breakgfasts were fantastic. Only thing that wasn't perfect was the residual left by the maids in the bathroom. It left a funny smell. We told the staff about it, and they immediately sent somebody up to investigate the problem and eliminate it's recurrence.

Great value, just about best for the buck !
Very pleasant staff, clean rooms, free breakfast and wi-fi (come on, when is EVERY hotel in America going to have that ?!). Only little thing that prevented me from giving it 5 stars for "room comfort" was the fact that for an unexplicable reason Hyatt has decided that there should be TWO sinks in the living/sleeping area but NONE in the bathroom. The size of the suite is plenty to allow accomodating a "wash" area in the bathroom rather than the main room. Really, who wants someone brushing their teeth while you're watching TV or still sleeping or doing whatever else ? Kudos to the designer !

Weekend family trip
This hotel was Great in every aspect. Perfect location, great staff, clean rooms, and great value! The staff was extremely helpful when I needed help printing my tickets to six flags.

Awesome room

Good to Go

Love Hyatt Place Hotels
Doesn't matter what city...Hyatt Place hotels are great. Room was great, clean. Staff was helpful and was more than happy to grab my daughter some juice at 11pm.

Our family stayed at this hotel while visiting a relative and seeing sites in the Atlanta area. I can not say enough as to how nice the staff treated us. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I'm writing this review to say Thanks.. Smyrna Hyatt for a great stay and the above average customer service.
