Good to Go

Love Hyatt Place Hotels
Doesn't matter what city...Hyatt Place hotels are great. Room was great, clean. Staff was helpful and was more than happy to grab my daughter some juice at 11pm.

Birthday Trip
The hotel was great. This was my seond time going back. I went for Valentine Day and loved it. Then for my birthday. I will pick the Hyatt over any hotel. It's just so relaxing and comfortable. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

can hear the traffic
I went to a Curves Convention with my manager. The bathroom was small and we could hear the traffic outside. It was fine. The breakfast was good and the employees were nice. The hotel look new and clean.

Great, clean friendly people
no problem checking in they had my room ready. They shuttled me to the mall and then picked me up. Great location, nice area. Friendly staff

Great Getaway
I purchased the room for my aunt so that she could have a relaxing weekend. She end not being able to go so I let this couple I know have the room. I went to visit them and liked what I seen. They enjoyed the room also! I would definitely recommend this hotel.

NICE GETAWAY, LOVED THE ROOM
WE HAD A GOOD TIME , AND THE STAFF WAS EXCELLENT. THE ROOM WAS BEAUTIFUL. THE ONLY THING THAT WAS NOT FAIR WAS THE POOL WAS OUT OF ORDER AND WE SHOULD HAVE BEEN GIVEN NOTICE AND OR OPTION OF ANOTHER HOTEL , BUT AT 9PM, WE WERE NOT. WE HAD SWIMSUITS AND NOWHERE TO USE THEM... REFRIGERATOR DID NOT WORK THE FIRST NIGHT

Our family stayed at this hotel while visiting a relative and seeing sites in the Atlanta area. I can not say enough as to how nice the staff treated us. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I'm writing this review to say Thanks.. Smyrna Hyatt for a great stay and the above average customer service.

Hyatt Place Atlanta Galleria
The room was perfect for out needs. The staff was most helpful in helping us directing my wife & I to our destination for the evening. My only complaint of the experience was that the tub drained slowly & I was ankle deep in water during my shower.
